In 2017-2019 my diabetes was out of control & I really struggled with my health. I didn’t listen to my doctors or anybody about moderating food. I wish I would have told myself that everything will be okay & to Eat more healthy. We all have this one body & this one life, life is so precious. I’ve been learning to take care of my body last year of 2022 & still learning this year! I’m thankful that I’m taking the right steps now.
