Throughout most of 2018-2021 I’ve struggled with my diabetes. I kept eating too many high carbs such as pasta, bread & so many desserts. My blood sugar got so bad to the point where my blood sugar was over 400 at least 3 times a week.
Thankfully this year in 2022 I have been improving on my blood sugars. In March of 2022 was when I really started to take notice that I needed to change.
