Take it easy 16 x 20

During the first half of this year I finally took charge in taking care of my T1D, it’s taken a lot of small steps to get my numbers better. Thankfully my numbers aren’t as bad it used to be. My average blood sugar per week now is 230. I know I still have more to improve & i’m thankful that I’m okay now. I wish I would have told myself a couple years ago to better take care of myself & to take it easy on my mind. I was so hard on myself & my numbers were out of control.
